Our two classic oak boats have been renovated for your comfort, have enjoyed good maintenance, are spacious, comfortable and extremely stable. As there are no generators on board, the engines can be turned off when approaching the whales making the approach as gentle and non-intrusive as possible.

All the family loved it. You can book online and get a discount. About 25 minutes drive from Akureyri it is a lovely trip to Hauganes. You get provided with warm suits to wear over your clothes. You will need them it gets cold and wet on board without them.
Bring a hat also as the trip back can be cold.
The trip was amazing caught numerous sighting of humpback whales.
Well worth the money we all enjoyed.
Beautiful experience We all saw around 6-7 whales and dolphins some if them were really close. The friendly guide made our stay nice and also all of the clthes were clean and warm which was comfortable. I highly recommend visiting if u are around here.
Winter wonderland
The weather was beautiful, nice temperature, calm sea and pink sky that made the view stunning. We had 6 humpback whales in the area around Hauganes. We had a good time with the whales and we got to see one of our friends, Sóley they humpback whale.
