Beautiful humpback whale just south of Hauganes!

We saw a beautiful humpback whale today just south from Haguanes. He lifted the tail and was obviously in a feeding mode. These beauties never ceases to amaze us with their size and grace!

We saw the humpback again which has been here in the fjord the recent weeks. These days are just the perfect time to go whale watching here in North Iceland.

We had a lovely tour today. Even though the weather was quite cold it was nothing our overalls could not stop. We found a humpback whale just a few minutes which was relaxed and did of course not mind W us around.
