20 + feeding humpback North of Hauganes!

What a show we had this morning! We saw more than 20 humpback whales feeding in the fjord just north of Hauganes, a sight we will never forget! Lots of birdlife in the fjord and good weather forecast.

What a wonderful tour we had this morning. The weather was very nice and the humpbacks only 15 minutes from Hauganes, playful and curious as they swam towards our boat. The puffins were flying close to the boat checking us out as well!

We went out this morning in beautiful weather. As before we were just a few minutes to the first whale. Our guests caught lots of fish and the birds were never far away. Lovely forecast for the next days. 

Humpback whales 10 minutes from Hauganes!

We had a really good tour this morning in spite of a little cold breeze from the North. Only 10 minutes to two relaxed humpbacks. Also, we saw puffins and other beautiful  bird species. Really good week ahead!

Today our whales are about 20 minutes SE of Hauganes. We’ve seen up to 6 humpback whales together feeding, some breaching multiple times. Fantastic sight! Slight wind from the north but the weather has been mild and the Eyjafjörður ford very calm. We expect the...

Really nice weather today in spite of a slight drizzle. We saw 5 humpback whales feeding about 20 minutes SE of Hauganes. Plenty of fish during our sea angling on our way back to Hauganes.
