We’ve been seeing humpbacks in all our tours this summer, very close to Hauganes the recent days. We will go out for whale watching at 13:30 every day now until the 18th of July when we add another tour at 9:30. See you all soon!

We’ve been blessed with the presence of humpback whales while whale watching here in Hauganes, North Iceland. If you are staying in Akureyri you are just 25 minutes driving to Hauganes. We expect good tours the next days!
Beautiful humpback whale just south of Hauganes!
We saw a beautiful humpback whale today just south from Haguanes. He lifted the tail and was obviously in a feeding mode. These beauties never ceases to amaze us with their size and grace!
