Our two classic oak boats have been renovated for your comfort, have enjoyed good maintenance, are spacious, comfortable and extremely stable. As there are no generators on board, the engines can be turned off when approaching the whales making the approach as gentle and non-intrusive as possible.

Incredible! Incredible experience! Parking was right in front of the boat. They provided the warmest full body jumpsuit that doubled as a floatation device. If you care deeply about what size you get, then be early (15-20 min) as the smalls were taken quickly. Bring snacks and water! They do provide hot cocoa and a snack but it’s at one time in the middle of the tour. Can you tell I’m a mom yet We had MANY whale sightings, even right next to the boat. The captain was wonderful and even spent some time telling my youngest (10 yo) about Iceland and some childhood experiences there.
Fantastic whale viewing We had a fantastic viewing. We saw several humpback whales and the boat manged to get really close by which gave us a lifetime experience
Humpback whales in Eyjafjörður
18th of May: We left the harbour in Hauganes um the morning and thick fog was laying over the whole fjord. After an hour of searching in the fog we found three Humpback whales. We managed to get close to two of them but the third one disappered into the fog. While we were watching the Humpbacks, two Minke whales swam past the boat.
On the second tour there was still thick fog. While we were heading to the place were we saw them in the morning. One of our guests spotted one Humpback whale hidden in the fog. We watched him feed for an hour before we left to go back home. Great tours today.
