Whales and an iceberg to the north!
After a few days of rather bad weather here in north Iceland we are finally going out today as the forecast today is good. Heading to the north we expect to see humpback whales and even an iceberg. See you today! 🙂
Not to pleasant weather the last two days but much better weekend ahead
Well it’s not always rainbows and butterflies here in lovely Hauganes as we’ve been having rather bad weather here the recent two days. However, the weather will improve substantially this evening and this weekend will be much better here in the fjord....

We’ve been watching our dear friend and humpback whale Spot the resent weeks here close to Hauganes. He’s been showing up here for at least 10 years now and is growing even bigger every year. Such a pleasure seeing him thriving here close to Hauganes year...
Humpacks and bottlenose whales!
So much life we have in the fjord close to Haugane these days. We’re seeing humpback whales in all our tours and also minke whales, harbour porpoises and even bottlenose whales!
